Part-Time Parts and Service Cashier

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to join our team in a part-time cashier role supporting our parts and service operations. This position plays an important part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for customers by providing accurate transactions, friendly assistance, and efficient support to the service department.
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately for parts and service transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
- Answer basic questions regarding invoices, receipts, and payment options.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures.
- Balance cash drawer and complete daily cashiering reports.
- Support the parts and service team with routine administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean front counter or cashier area.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide professional and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems or similar software.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including some flexibility based on business needs.
